Eli Lilly & Co.âs monoclonal antibody drug has been cleared for emergency use in babies under the age of 12, the food and Drug Administration noted on Friday.
The authorization is the primary for an antibody drug to deal with younger infants, including newborns, who've verified positive for Covid-19 or been exposed to the virus and who are at high risk of setting up extreme cases together with hospitalization or loss of life.
