State Sen. Steve Nass formally asks GOP leaders to sue UW equipment over COVID-19 policies

Nass sent a letter to meeting Speaker Robin Vos and Senate Majority chief Devin LeMahieu traumatic they file a lawsuit forcing device leaders to post their guidelines to the Legislature's rules committee. Nass, a Republican and longtime UW critic, co-chairs the committee.

UW device President Tommy Thompson has referred to as for UW campuses to grasp at least 75% of their classes in person this semester. The faculties have implemented various protocols to satisfy that goal, including masks and testing mandates.
