ny (AP) — Chris Rock on Sunday noted he has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and despatched a message to anyone nonetheless on the fence: "Get vaccinated."

The 56-12 months-ancient comedian wrote on Twitter: "howdy guys I just found out I even have COVID, have confidence me you don't need this. Get vaccinated."

Rock has prior to now mentioned he was vaccinated. acting on "The Tonight show" in can also, he called himself "Two-photographs Rock" before clarifying that he bought the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

"You be aware of, I skipped the road. I didn't care. I used my superstar, Jimmy," he instructed host Jimmy Fallon. "i used to be like, 'Step aside, Betty White. Step apart, ancient people. ... I did 'Pootie Tang.' Let me on the front of the line.'"
